In crossexamination of any witnesses who will prove the running of the Cherokee line in pursuant of the Hopewell, or the Holstein treaties. As to Gen. Pickens, line of Holstein treaty,
1 How far was that line run, & how far marked
2 Why was the line not run out all the way?
3 Describe the place where Gen. Pickens made the 35th degree of lat. & from which he ran North to a point, & how far was that supposed 35th degree north of where the No. Carolina & Georgia Commissioners made it?
And such other questions as will arise
